Matt Susin is a dedicated educator, businessman, and father of five children. He has served on the Brevard Public Schools school board, representing District 4, since 2016. Susin has a rich background in education, having been named Beginning Teacher of the Year in Florida, National Teacher of the Year for the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and Walmart Teacher of the Year. He has also received the National Jefferson Award for Public Service and the Thomas E. Gamble Economic Development Impact Award. Susin's career includes working as a small business owner and teacher, and he has been involved in various civic and community service organizations.
